BATM announces that it has chosen the United Kingdom as its Home State for the purposes of the Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC) pursuant to Article 2.1(i)(ii) and is disclosing such election in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 6.4.2).
